Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)
Sharing My PMDD Journey, To Encourage (and Educate) Others
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder is a severe and debilitating form of PMS (premenstrual syndrome).
While PMS is widely recognised and experienced by many menstruating women, PMDD affects only a small percentage.

In the PMDD blog posts, I’ve detailed how the condition can affect different aspects of a woman’s life, so whether you live with it yourself, or simply want to learn more, you should find them helpful.
