The mind is the most powerful God-given asset a person has.
The way you think shapes your destiny and it wasn’t until I grasped the true meaning, that I was able to begin enjoying my life. If I truly wanted to ‘live’, I needed to master the way I think. This would indirectly reshape the way the PMDD condition affected me as well as change my perception of myself and life.
The world can be a daunting place. Waking up happy is a desire many people wish to have. We’re bombarded with life’s problems, mental health conditions, past traumas and ongoing, demanding responsibilities.
Life challenges will never cease to exist because well, that’s life. Once you’re able to train your mind and reshape the way you think however, it can absolutely change how life looks – for the better.
