About Annie Jay
Call Me ‘Annie’
A little bit about me...
Born and raised in London, my parents came to the UK from Ghana in the early eighties and made life as best they could.
Raised in a strong Christian household and a child of parents who held senior positions in the church, I found it difficult to navigate the world as I grew older. This became part of my internal conflict.
Being born with cleft lip and palate, I was in and out of hospital for the majority of my childhood. I endured a difficult school life and later in my twenties was then also diagnosed with PMDD formally known as premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
Encountering many ups and downs growing up, music always became my escape. I’d sit and play the piano and sing for hours because worship was the one thing that brought me peace.
My passion comes from my resilience through life. Despite the odds, I remain standing. The content I share is simply to inspire, empower and encourage others regardless of their life circumstances.
I never would have thought life could be truly enjoyed. I didn’t think I’d make it this far or be here today during those darkest moments. Experiencing true fulfilment is possible. I want others to experience the same.
Annie's Vision, Mission & Values...
My Vision is simply to provoke ordinary people, into living extraordinary lives.
Those who consider themselves as underdogs and unseen. Wrecked by uncontrollable circumstances or born into disadvantaged environments. Those battling inner turmoil, or the destruction of mental heaviness.
We’re here to do the work and break the boundaries of life’s limitations. We’re walking boldly into the person God designed for us to be. Our goal, leave the earth having lived in our true potential, a fulfilled life.
My Mission is to positively change the habitual mindset of everyday people, aiding them in their untapped potential so they can live their life at full capacity and walk in God’s true design for their life.
My Values are to always apply commitment, remain principled, never stop learning and to Win – every time.

In order to do something you've never done, you've got to become someone you've never been. I think that all of us have great potential within us, but greatness is a choice. It's not our destiny. And in the pursuit of our dreams we are introduced to trials, failures and disappointments, which take us to the door of discovery and greatness.
Dr Les Brown
Solid character will reflect itself in consistent behaviour, while poor character will seek to hide behind deceptive words and actions.
Dr Myles Munroe
Greatness is a lot of small things done well.
